The UChicago Charter School welcomes exceptionally dedicated, capable and inspiring teachers, staff, and school leaders to join our team. We believe that all of our students can and will be admitted to a four-year college or university. We believe that all of our students will graduate from college ready to pursue their dreams and ambitions. We also believe in the power of our students to change the communities in which they learn, live, and work. Professional Development
The growth and development of each and every individual at UChicago Charter is extremely important. We provide myriad PD opportunities including access to resources at UChicago and across the Chicagoland area. Our staff also have the opportunity to travel to national and regional conferences.
