- my.UChicagoCharter - Gives customizable access to various areas of our school website, including calendars, school news, and third party sites and services.
- Parent Access - Provides access to student grades, attendance, and scheduling information for parents and legal guardians.
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the student and/or parent or legal guardian depending on the circumstances and the student’s ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.
All University of Chicago Charter School students and families are issued a student media release form upon enrollment. This release form indicates consent that students may be observed, taped (audio and/or video), photographed, interviewed, and/or included in focus groups as part of the program and professional development activities provided by the University of Chicago Charter School and its parent organization, the University of Chicago Urban Education Institute (UEI). UEI owns any and all rights to these recordings.
